Very happy to update you with this news .. Read in newspaper recently, Work on the Ahmednagar-Beed-Parli railway line is in progress. And it is expected to be ready by the end of 2015. This can be said as a very good news and a light of hope for all beedkars. We hope there will not be any more delay in work completion. 15-km long stretch of the proposed Ahmednagar-Beed-Parli railway route has been completed and the new route, described as a ' progress line ' of western Maharashtra I have already started dreaming railway in beed.

You can now book tickets with ease on redbus.com also it may offer some discounts.      Lot of people were demanding for such service on beedcity.com, but sad thing is its not for all the travel operators its only with sagar travels Beed       and some other travels in beed (Aakash travels i guess). Thanks to travels in beed and redbus for this.       Another thing i noticed is even though you can not book online for mumbai to beed but not vice-versa.   This means if you stay in mumbai you will need to book a return ticket after reaching to beed, it can be paifull for people having one day trip. or having busy schedule. Hope they will start this service soon so that we will be able to book a round trip from mumbai to beed or pune to beed. ...

Back in 2006 (i think) i started hearing news about terrorists who belong from our own beed city. At first i did not belived those news but after some arrests from ATS from beed city itself... It was clear that beed is also one of the terrorist producer cities. Sad but true. Arrested terrorist Zabiuddin Syed Ansari, alias Abu Jundal, alias Abu Hamza (he reportedly has over 10 aliases), who, the CBI says, was the Indian link in the 26/11 terror attacks, had been arrested in 2003 for attempt to murder and rioting in his hometown Beed . Ansari has told the Delhi special cell that a control room was set up in Karachi near the international airport. This became the base camp from where six handlers and commanders of the Lashkar-e-Taiba were in touch with the 10 terrorist who carried out the 26/11 attacks and trained them. The control room was located in the VIP area between the airport, the Malir cantonment and Quadiabad, his interrogations have revealed. Hamza has allegedly ...

As every beed citizen i was also waiting for the "Railway Budget 2012". Wanted to know what will our city Beed will get. Though nobody in beed expects any miracle happening and nothing happened too. The figure is 50 crore Beed-Nagar-Parali railway project is blessed with 50 crore in Railway Budget 2012.      The actual cost of the project is 500 Crore and a fund raised till now is around 200 Crore.But now we have some hopes as the Work for the track is already started and these 50 Crore will definitely help (i dont want to talk about corruption). Read in some newspaper 2-3 days ago that actual work for railway track Ahmadnagar-Beed-Parali Has been started.
